We know how stressful planning a wedding can be, not only on the bride but the groom and family as well. But it doesn't have to be! How you may ask? By following our simple Do's and Don'ts.
-Do lighten up. Remember that you probably haven’t been your best self in the past few weeks, so remind your fiancé why he fell in love with you.
-Don’t sweat the small stuff. Did one of your bridesmaid’s purchase shoes in charcoal instead of matte black? I promise that nobody will notice!
-Do let your groom be involved. It is his wedding too after all. You both need to have fun and enjoy it.
-Don’t try new facial products 48 hours prior to the wedding. Rashes happen. Don’t chance that amazing face crème that your friends have been raving about. Wait till after the honeymoon.
-Do have the wedding that suits you. Plan the day for yourself (and your groom) not for others. Pick the venue you love. Select your closest friends to stand by your side.
-Don’t bury your head in the sand when it comes to your budget. Be realistic. You won’t enjoy paying off those credit cards a few years later when you’re trying to buy a new house.
Wedding planning should be an amazing experience that you will never forget. Make sure it's a good memory and not a bad one!
